A comprehensive initial session that includes a detailed health history, assessment, hands-on Abdominal Therapy, and personalized education and home care instruction. This appointment is required for clients seeking Abdominal Therapy as a primary treatment focus.

Abdominal Therapy – Follow-Up

60 or 90 Minute Sessions Available

Continued hands-on Abdominal Therapy and care to build upon your initial session, adjust your home care routine, and support your ongoing digestive, pelvic, and reproductive health.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Surgical Care

60 or 90 Minute Sessions Available

Gentle, customized treatment designed to support lymphatic flow and function, reduce swelling, address scar tissue, and promote recovery and overall well-being. MLD can be helpful to prepare for and recover from surgery.

(Please note: This is for wellness, prevention, and recovery; I do not provide compression bandaging or comprehensive lymphedema management).

Oncology & Palliative Bodywork

Adapted bodywork for individuals affected by cancer, serious illness, or complex medical conditions, with a focus on comfort, quality of life, and well-being. These sessions are offered to clients of all genders.

Shorter sessions are available to accommodate fatigue, active treatment, symptom burden, or individual tolerance.

Accessible Care: Treatment for cancer and complex illness can place significant physical, emotional, and financial demands on individuals and families. To help make supportive care more accessible, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee oncology and palliative massage appointments are available each month. Please message me directly for availability.
