Your body carries the story of your life.

Every experience leaves its mark—from the transitions of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause, to surgery, cancer treatment, digestive challenges, and the cumulative effects of stress. Your body deserves care that recognizes the unique ways your physiology changes throughout life.

Drawing on over 25 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist, my practice centers on listening to what your body needs to heal. My passion lies in supporting clients through recovery, restoration, and life’s transitions through skilled touch, mindful movement, and empowering education.

My work integrates advanced training in abdominal and pelvic manual therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, perinatal massage, oncology and palliative bodywork, and Integrative Yoga Therapy.

Your body may be carrying more than it should. Restorative Bodywork can support your body's natural capacity to adapt, recover, and restore.

The Ebb & Flow Approach

Restorative Bodywork is a nervous system-centered approach where each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual history, goals, and physiology - never a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Your body deserves care that is compassionate and respectful of both science AND lived experience.

On the table and beyond…

At Ebb & Flow Restorative Bodywork, care extends beyond what happens on the treatment table.

Depending on your needs and goals, your care may include:

Deep Listening and Assessment
Understanding your health history, current concerns, and goals helps guide care that is both thoughtful and individualized.

Customized Bodywork
Your treatment is tailored to your body, your health, and where you are today.

Body Literacy
Education helps you better understand your anatomy, physiology, and the many ways your body adapts, heals, and changes throughout life. We keep it easy to understand!

Self-Abdominal Care
Part of Abdominal Therapy is learning self-care techniques to support digestive function, pelvic health, and connection with your core between sessions.

Lymphatic Self-Care
Practical, easy-to-follow strategies can help encourage healthy lymphatic flow, manage swelling, and support your body's natural healing and recovery processes.

Nervous System Support
Simple practices that complement your bodywork sessions may help reduce stress, improve body awareness, and create more opportunities for rest and recovery.

Collaborative Care
Together we'll create a plan that reflects your goals, values, and comfort level, so you feel informed, supported, and actively involved in your care.

My scope of practice does not include diagnosing medical conditions or prescribing treatment. However, more than 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse deeply informs how I assess, adapt, and provide bodywork. I believe skilled touch is a powerful therapeutic tool when applied thoughtfully, safely, and in partnership with the rest of your healthcare.
