Clinically informed bodywork.
Intentional care for deep restoration.
Your body is resilient - and it carries so much.
My practice offers care designed to help you unwind, reset, and recover. Restorative bodywork focuses on the core foundations of tissue healing- the nervous, lymphatic, and myofascial systems. By encouraging your body to down-regulate, each session creates space for deep tension release, fluid movement, and lasting stress reduction. The approach is gentle, but the work goes deep and is always tailored to your specific needs.
Drawing on over 25 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, and mind-body specialist, I bring a distinct perspective to your care. My practice integrates advanced training in manual lymphatic drainage, abdominal and pelvic manual therapy, scar tissue management, oncology and palliative care, and a deep understanding of the nervous system.
Your body may be carrying more than it should. Restorative bodywork supports your body’s natural capacity to adapt, recover, and restore.
Restorative bodywork can help if you are experiencing:
Systemic Stress: Feeling stuck in high stress, chronic tension or pain, sleep disruption, and overwhelm from life challenges, chronic illness, or hormonal transitions.
Fluid Retention and Swelling: Persistent puffiness and sense of “bloating”, post-surgical or procedure-related swelling, lymphedema, and fluid retention from many chronic conditions or injuries.
Digestive and Gut Conditions: Bloating, gut tension, sluggish digestion, IBS, and emotional tension in the gut.
Pelvic Health and Urinary Conditions: Pelvic congestion, heavy or painful periods, endometriosis, fertility support, PMOS, bladder irritability, mild organ prolapse conditions, pelvic floor tension, and other women’s health conditions.
Scars and Restriction: Tightness, pulling, or numbness around C-section, abdominal, or surgical scars.
Oncology and/or Palliative Care: Fatigue, stress, anxiety, body tension, pain, and other effects related to serious illness or treatment.
Postpartum Recovery: Core or pelvic disconnection, postural strain, and “fourth trimester” support of the body and mind.

Helpful for: Fluid retention and swelling, surgery preparation and recovery, chronic inflammation, lymphedema support, immune health, and scar tissue management. Optimal lymphatic function enhances overall well-being as well as recovery.
Grounded in the Vodder Method, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the healthy flow of lymph throughout the body while calming the nervous system. The goal is to move stagnant fluid and relieve tissue restriction that may be blocking natural drainage.
MLD is an effective approach for reducing pain, easing congestion, and optimizing tissue health both before and after surgery. It is also seamlessly incorporated into specialized scar tissue therapy to promote smooth, resilient healing.
Please note: I do not offer Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), compression bandaging, or comprehensive lymphedema management. I can offer MLD for patients with lymphedema to support your CDT treatment plan.

Helpful for: Painful periods, endometriosis, PMOS, digestive concerns, bloating, constipation, pelvic floor tension, fertility support, abdominal surgery recovery, postpartum core healing and many other women’s health concerns. May serve as an excellent complement to pelvic floor physical therapy.
Gentle manual therapy adapted from the Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage. This work focuses on the female body’s core- the abdomen, pelvis, respiratory diaphragm and muscles, and lower back to support digestive, pelvic, and reproductive health.
Treatment is focused on improving vascular and lymphatic flow, unwinding tension, supporting healthy position of pelvic organs, and allowing your nervous system to down-regulate.
-
Helpful for: chronic stress, burnout, muscular tension, hormonal transitions, sleep disruption, illness or surgery recovery, grief support, chronic pain, and general well-being.
Integrative bodywork designed to down-regulate stress pathways, release body tension, and restore the ability to truly “breathe”. The goal is simple: quiet the nervous system, lower stress hormones, and create space for your body’s natural capacity to restore. The focus is to support your physical, mental, and emotional balance.
-
Helpful for: Pelvic and back pain, lingering swelling, C-section scar mobilization, core recovery support, postural fatigue from feeding and holding, emotional and nervous system support, and long-term postpartum recovery.
While so much care focuses on pregnancy, mothers are often left to navigate recovery on their own once baby arrives. Yet true postpartum restoration doesn't happen overnight, nor does it end at a six-week checkup. It takes time, intention, and dedicated support for your body to rebuild, re-integrate, and settle after everything it has carried and accomplished.
This specialized care is designed to honor and support YOU in the fourth trimester, regardless of your birth story.

Helpful for: Patients navigating cancer treatment and recovery, palliative care, serious or life-limiting illness, and anyone seeking gentle, clinically informed bodywork during a complex health experience.
Drawing on my experience as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse and specialized massage training, every session is carefully adapted to your unique health history, treatment plan, energy level, and goals. Sessions may help ease discomfort, fatigue, tension, anxiety, and the physical effects of treatment while supporting relaxation, comfort, and moments of deep rest.

However, more than 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse deeply informs how I assess, adapt, and provide bodywork. I believe skilled touch is a powerful therapeutic tool when applied thoughtfully, safely, and in partnership with the rest of your healthcare.
