Come Home to Your Body
Yoga, to me, has never been about perfect poses or performing a particular shape. In fact, I found my way to yoga over 15 years ago as part of my own healing. What I discovered was a way of becoming more curious about my body—how I move, how I breathe, what I feel, and what I need. Over the years, I have gravitated to teachers who teach people, not poses. That inspiration has become the foundation of every class, workshop, and offering that I create.
My approach brings together movement, breath, anatomy, nervous system awareness, and curiosity. I chose to train in Integrative Yoga Therapy because of its therapeutic focus and its emphasis on adapting the practice to the individual—not asking the individual to adapt to the practice. My classes reflect that philosophy: exploratory, adaptable, and with plenty of room to discover what works in your own body.
Whether we're exploring mobility, strength, pelvic and core health, fascia, or simply slowing things down, the intention is the same: to help you understand your body better and feel more at home in it. My hope is that each experience leaves you with a greater sense of peace and a deeper connection to your center.
